I would like to suggest adding the Holesky specification. This new testnet will replace the largest existing Goerli testnet.
Holesky is the third testnet on Ethereum, joining the previous ones Goerli and Sepolia.
I think that this network will be very popular among developers, because… Goerli previous network ceases to exist.
I’m not entirely clear on how I should describe the specification to add this network as an ETH1 test network.
