I have prepared specifications for the NAMADA Shielded Expedition testnet. As a community builder in Namada and a Lava developer champion in Lava, I can take responsibility for maintaining this specification in the future. For the testnet now and the mainnet when Lava and Namada will be in mainnet.
Also, I will maintain the lava providers and lava consumer on my side.

Specification tested with `./scripts/test_spec_full.sh` seems all trx and queries work as expected. But, as I’m not an experienced spec writer it would be nice if reviewed by the Lava team
